1. Open a change in Gerrit, for example
https://gerrit.wikimedia.org/r/#change,4043 .
2. Put the caret in the input box near the "Add Reviewer" button.
3. Type 'N'. Nothing appears, even though i would expect at least "Niklas" or
"Nikerabbit".
4. Type 'S'. "Siebrand" appears, but not "Santhosh".
