It seems Toolserver doesn't have all the local certs up to date and thus I'm
unable to do an anonymous check out there.
[#mediawiki] <thedj> yeah i think the intermediate certificates are not in the
chain sent by the server.
[#mediawiki] <thedj> Krinkle: en.wp has 3 certs listed in the cert chain when
you use openssl. But gerrit.wm.org just the server cert.
