Originally, Special:Undelete showed a list of *all* available deleted pages,
which became pretty unsustainable. It was replaced with a limited list to be
stuck in with a title prefix, and a link to the deletion log.
This is kind of lame for big sites and really lame for small sites; it would
likely be more useful to pull a list of recently deleted items from the log and
provide direct links as a default view.
