As it turns out, I'm also using iPage as my host. I recently moved from free hosting to iPage and that's when this started showing up. I think it may actually be a problem with their hosting. I think we need to put in a few tech calls to iPage and see if they can figure out what the problem is. I found a workaround for the problem that works with iPage. If you search for the page that you're trying to add/create/"edit" in a non-main-namespace and then use the auto-generated "Create the page "Example:Page" on this wiki!" to edit that page, it'll allow you to.
