Screenshot of failed upload.
UploadWizard is currently preventing upload of files despite the entered
WikiText being valid and containing a license.
In this case, it may be because "{{Wikipedia screenshot}}" (which contains
mention of the relevant licenses) is not listed as copyright tag:
https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/Commons:Copyright_tags
Please update the wizard to accept this as valid.
