I have a dynamic image
"http://ddosigs.level3.turbine.com/0621900000009035d/010040200003000/signature.png";
that is created by the forums of an MMO that I play, and I want to use it on my
wiki as well. Only I want people to be able to click on it and have it dump
them on my User page. $wgAllowExternalImages is enabled on my wiki.
