First installing Apache, than PostgreSQL, than PHP (during installation I've chosen the PostgreSQL extension that come with that installer). For PHP I used the php-5.2.9-1-win32-installer.msi from the official site. For PostgreSQL I used the newest available PostgreSQL 8.3 windows installer from the official site and for Apache I used the newes available Apache2.2 for Windows from original site.
