These two wikis are currently closed but remain in fishbowl.dblist. This
configuration is confusing because, while they are listed as closed wikis, they
are not really closed as fishbowl settings take precedence. Please, remove
Wikimania2006 and Wikimania 2007 wikis from fishbowl.dblist.
