What it says on the tin; changing a redirect into an article should create an
automatic edit summary similar to (or the same as) what is made during regular
article creation. (←Created page with 'content...')
I don't think the "N" new page flag (the N that shows up on edits that create
new pages) should be set for these edits, just the AES.
Also (like other AES), they should not prompt users for edit summaries if that
preference is set.
