The menu view on Playbook currently uses code meant to simulate iOS action
sheets for small-screen devices in a web browser.
Instead of being full-screen-width, the menus should be smaller and should drop
down from the toolbar, which will feel more tablet-y. (on iOS itself, we use
native action sheets and on iPad they display this way already)
