By default the personal portlet contains only "Log in" (or "Log in / create
account", depending on whether account registration is open). If
[[mw:Manual:$wgShowIPinHeader]] is enabled it contains:
* 0.0.0.1
* Talk for this IP address
* Log in
This is a request to implement another item in the IP-header to also include:
* Contributions from this IP address
This is required in order to be able to fix bug 36121 (en.wikipedia site
request).
