At DBpedia, we parse the wiki text in XML dump files. To do that correctly, we
need to know which magic words are used in the wiki text. At the moment, the
only way to get a list of magic words and their aliases seems to be api.php,
but that returns the *current* list, which may be different from the list that
was active when the dump was created. It would be nice if that 'historic' list
was preserved and made available on the dump download page.
