Yes the script is written by same person, but I think Narayam using the initial script, that missing lots of rules that he added later with consulting some user at bnwikipedia. Narayam missing the diacritic form of the vowels. For example, ক + া = কা For reference please see, http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bengali_alphabet#Description_of_Bengali_glyphs But in bnwikipedia script the rules are exists.
