I don't understand how requiring keys is a problem. I know one of the issues was that testswarm was filling up the filesystem and using all of the available memory on the system, causing authentication to fail. You should use larger instances, and you should use /data/project (preferred) or /mnt rather than somewhere in the / filesystem (since it's tiny). Anyone else reading this that can delete projects: Do *not* delete the project. Deleting projects can leave resources hanging.
