I've added all page starting with "" from
https://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Special:PageTranslation to an aggregate group
"Wikimedia Highlights"[1], including "Wikimedia Highlights, March 2012". For
some reason, however, that page is not being added to the aggregate group of
translatable pages[2].
Obviously, this is a primary requirement of the functionality facilitated by
Special:AggregateGroups.
Additionally, for some reason, the "highlights" aggregate group does show up
for Dutch[3], but not for en-ca. No idea why...
