The MobileFrontend javascript files (toggle.js, references.js, etc) call their
init() functions on include. This causes problems with including them in the
Mobile App, and (according to jdlrobson), with the Unit tests as well. They
should ideally be moved out somewhere into an explicit 'init' call.
