I believe the name wikifa-bureaucrats was suggested by Amir because other
mailinglist of Persian Wikipedia also start with wikifa (examples include
wikifa-l and wikifa-admin-l) and because other bureaucrat-specific mailing
lists are typically named wikiXX-bureaucrats (e.g. wikien-bureaucrats).
Nevertheless, if there are reasons to break this convention, the suggested name
is as good as any.
