Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an
ErrorDocument to handle the request.
It used to display error page which was located in live/404.php, since we use
het it's broken + 404.php disappear (obviously there is no documentation or
even information that this change was done, so we don't even know who did it) I
can recover it from backup, but it's gonna take a while
