This bothered me for a while and I finally decided to open this bug. I couldn't
find a similar bug, which is a bit surprising, but maybe I didn't look well
enough.

Consider the following semi-imaginary article:
-----------------------------------------
'''Mick Hucknall''' is a British singer.

==Life==
He was born and raised the UK.

==Music==
He played a lot of songs.

===Life===
He released the album ''Life'' with the band Simply Red in 1995.
-----------------------------------------

If you use the edit-section link to edit the paragraph about the album "Life"
and then save your changes, the browser will come back to the first section
titled "Life".

More generally, if you link to a section on a page which has more than section
with such a title, the link will lead to the first such section, which may not
be the intention.

I can think of three ways to solve this:

1. Disallow the saving of pages with identical section headings.

2. Allow such pages, but give a warning.

3. Allow such pages, and come up with a clever way to link to the correct
section.
