2. open http://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Mediawiki_1.20wmf2_Feature_Test_Charters
3. click edit
4. Resize browser window horizontally to make it smaller in width
Expected:
A scrollbar would appear at a smaller size or for bonus points the page would
be responsive
Actual: Text and editor controls render over themselves. Screenshot attached.
