I just successfully uploaded my first file bigger than 100MB with the chunked
upload. However, I made a typo and entered a filename starting with a colon and
resulting in a badfilename error. At this stage there is no way to go back and
change the filename, so I had to upload the file again.
Alternatively to a back-button a (better?) check of the filename should be
performed already when the name is entered in the previous form.
