Use case: Wikimedia servers cannot make external requests to machine
translation services like Google Translate and Bing Translator, but we all use
them. There are also some potential license issues connected with the use of
these tools directly from the Wikimedia platform. However, by integrating these
services client side into translation tools, a lot of translator efficiency can
be gained without these drawbacks.
