So, Benny tells me he built the "[number] of new pages" count to display an
aggregate across all namespaces. This is non-optimal; most patrollers will want
an accurate count of all new *articles* that are unpatrolled.
At the same time, it appears to not display in a lot of namespaces. Screenshot
