My thinking; at the moment, the filtering functionality is limited by the fact
that every filter is "unreviewed + N". There's no way of displaying just
reviewed pages (useful if I'm undertaking oversight), or just
nominated-for-deletion pages (useful if I'm an admin going through to baleet
stuff).
This can be solved by making "unreviewed" a filter, enabled by default but with
the option to disable it. It would vastly increase the filtering permutations.
