When I set $wgLanguageCode to "zh", then the sidebar become the default
mediawiki's sidebar.
I tried to set MediaWiki:Sidebar, MediaWiki:Sidebar/zh-cn and
MediaWiki:Sidebar/zh-tw. No thing happened until I set $wgEnableSidebarCache to
false.
I tried to clean l10n_cache in phpmyadmin and set $wgSidebarCacheExpiry = 1;
But it did not work.
