Right now, I get confused because clicking on 'Most Relevant' doesn't show the
most relevant items first. Can we make them sort by Relevance in descending
order, in addition to just changing the filter?
Same issue for All Comments. They could automatically be sorted by date, with
the newest item first, not just changing the filter.
