It seems on mediawikiwiki (but not translatewiki) that there is a case where
the Title object is null, and this condition isn't chekced for
PHP fatal error in
/usr/local/apache/common-local/php-1.20wmf3/extensions/Translate/tag/TranslatablePage.php
line 108:

Title, null given, called in
