The Wikidata team needs a way to track bugs that are relevant to wikidata. For
the extensions we have components, but we need to track core and ops bugs too.
A keyword would be nice for this.
(I was convinced we already had a wikidata keyword... but apparently I was
mistaken, I can't find it).
