If you load a lot of articles in the article list, scroll down a few pages, and
reload the articles with a more restricted filter set, the list shrinks and
setPosition gets confused (often floating the stats nav when it shouldn't).
Might need to rewrite the logic that determines whether the nav anchors are
visible.
