We want to add new code on the feedback page to warn users of unsupported
platforms that their browser may not display this page correctly.
These users will see this message appear below the title and above the
filtering/sorting toolbar:
"Sorry, your browser is not supported by this prototype. For a better
experience, please use a different browser."
This message would appear in in gray text, medium size font, in the same place
where we had our previous prototype message.
Also, please move the 'BETA' label to the line above, about 5-10 pixels to the
left of 'View article'.
