Parameters of the type $1, $2, $3 are used in MediaWiki messages, but there is
no way to use parameters like that in translatable pages. Since a lot of
fundraiser-related pages use dollar signs in the pages, this will make the
translation fuzzy unless they use the same dollar signs or put something
between the dollar sign and the number.
I propose to just disable this check for page translation.
