The MW Git Fetcher is meant just for core. We want that one to be as fast as
possible regardless of extensions being tested. I don't want a crapy test in an
extension to slow down the publishing of core tests back to Gerrit.

That being said, I would really want to setup a Jenkins job template, then have
a script generating one Jenkins job for each extension. All the extensions
could use a "known to work" copy of core to test.

So my approach would be 1 extension = 1 job

Also, I definitely need to setup some kind of job to test the wmf branches
together with all their extensions. Not sure how to do that yet.
