As I responded elsewhere, to be fair to our reusers, MediaWiki shouldn't really
be advertising its GPLv2 compatibility anywhere without an asterisk so long as
cssjanus is included.

e.g. "MediaWiki is free software licensed under version 2 of the GNU General
Public License" at https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Download.
