The WikiEditor bar above the editing box should have all the Devanagari characters that can be useful to anybody. I'm surprised that WikiEditor has many Indic scripts, but not Devanagari. It should be added in the file WikiEditor/modules/jquery.wikiEditor.toolbar.config.js EditTools appears under the editing box.
