The "move succeeded" message says (by default) "the page [[X]] has been moved
to [[Y]]". Y obviously must exist, but if the redirect was suppressed the page
X does not, yet it still renders as a bluelink. For visual confirmation that a
redirectsuppressed move has succeeded, this link should be red.
