Since earlier today, I believe, the feeds from Wikimedia Labs are being
outputted to Wikimedia's production severs IRC feeds. This is causing problems
with the bots, and in general it seems pretty obvious that Labs should be kept
in its own channels and not mixed out with the production stuff.

Another example would this userright change on metalabs that ended up in the
production chan:

This really should be reverted asap.
