If you go on pages previously deleted while having the +sysop flag, checkboxes
are shown next to the log portion.
Look at

for example.
There's a checkbox right on the left of
the 23:40, 17 April 2012 Snowolf (talk | contribs | block) deleted page
User:Snowolf/sandbox on wheels! (U1: User request to delete page in own
userspace) (view/restore)
part but no button to use it.
They should be completely removed from there, in the very rare circumstances
where we might need a revdeletion of the log, we can revdelete it from the log
page itself.
