Steps to reproduce:
* Have a translatewiki.net setup for MediaWiki extensions and a read-write
resources checkout
* run magic-export.php
--target=/resources/siebrand/mediawiki-extensions/extensions/ --type=special
This produced about 450 pairs of the above warnings.
