Why are LATER and DUPLICATE resolutions selected by default in the Advanced
search? Is it useful to anybody?
More than once it confused my searches.
This is more useful:
* Select no resolutions by default.
* Select UNCONFIRMED, NEW, ASSIGNED and REOPENED statuses by default.
(Currently none are selected.)
