The set of redirects to a topic can currently be viewed by filtering out
transclusion and links on the whatlinkshere view.
It would be helpful to make this editable as a single list, rather than a bunch
of independent pages -- even if this is a bit of interface sugar, which in the
background updates those individual pages.
