For a file uploaded as
https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:%C5%81RST_logo_kolor_new.jpg
both thumbnails (120 px wide) and rescaled (300px) versions seem to be
truncated
(the image has a desired size but right side of the image is blank).
