I learned some details and found out that colour marks I saw on the Russian Wikipedia were set by themselves on their Wikipedia only. Other Wikipedia with FlaggedRevs don't have this setting. Some of our users found out how Russian Wikipedians mark new pages, so that we can enable it in the Ukr. Wikipedia by editing some MediaWiki page.
