When trying to install mediawiki 1.19.0 on a windows server an error occurs on
the first page http://localhost/mediawiki/mw-config/index.php.
Mediawiki 1.18.2 works fine(!) on the same server.
Versions
PHP 5.3.10 (cgi-fcgi)
MySQL 5.5.22
IIS 7.5
Does anyone have a suggesion?
