1. Add legal babble to Special:TranslatorSignup.
1.1. Default text for key 'translationnotifications-signup-legal' should be:
You agree that by providing this information we may contact you regarding
topics related to {{SITENAME}} we think may be of interest to you. You agree
your data is subject to our [privacy policy].
1.2. [privacy policy] should link to {{MediaWiki:Privacypage}}
2. It should be possible to override the legal babble with a different key.
2.1. Add global $wgTranslationNotificationsSignupLegalMessage in
TranslationNotifications that will allow this override.
2.2. Add the key 'wikimedia-translationnotifications-signup-legal' to
WikimediaMessages with the following content:
You agree that by providing the Wikimedia Foundation with this information we
may contact you regarding translations or other topics related to the Wikimedia
