Repro:
1. Go to gerrit 7376
2. Choose "Patch Set 8" in "Old Version History"
3. Click "Depends On: Ibcb23c81" above
4. In gerrit 10432 it opens, "Old Version History" dropdown is showing nothing,
and patchset 1 in gerrit 10432 is showing a reverse diff of patchset 8 in
gerrit 7376
