The "-cha" ("-çe", "-ça", "-sha") suffix is typical in Turkic languages, it
forms a language name from nationality name (e.g.
http://en.wiktionary.org/wiki/-%C3%A7a ). There is also "Oʻzbek tili"
expression (which was shortened to current interwiki title "Oʻzbek"), but it
means "Language of Uzbek", and we need to change it to "Oʻzbekcha" ("Uzbek
language").
