When an error occurs during upload of the file, but not during the page
creation, you get a page in File: namespace and no file uploaded.
I was trying to upload 2 files at once[1][2] ang got no errors during any
phase. When I clicked the final Submit button, both pages were created, but
only one file got uploaded. An error was displayed and I could click the retry
button, but it then displayed an error that the page already exists.
I was able to resubmit the file using the old form.
