I had issues with configuring a spam filter so to not filter out mail from
ticket.wikimedia.org. However, my email service provider informed me that the
problem cannot be solved because OTRS notifications are sent in an inproper
format. Here's the reply I got (from Pobox):
It looks like the sender is not using a proper sender from address, which is
causes this:
Delivered-To: <my email address>
X-Pobox-Orig-Sender: <[email protected]>
even though we are not the original sender. You may want to contact the admins
of this domain, and inform them that their messages are coming without an
envelope sender, which is causing mail delivery issues.
