Gerrit 2.4 has a couple of serious regressions. Release notes are being drafted
for a 2.4.1 release, at which point we can look at upgrading.
The big feature that's cool is a built-in rebase button, which should greatly
ease the workload when doing non-conflicting rebases. Couple of reported issues
(see dependencies) will be fixed as well.
