Repro Steps :-
-> Log in Wikimedia
-> Select any article & Choose the Edit options.
-> click on Link options from toolbar
-> Enter Target address e.g. "Google.com"
--> Type Junk characters in display text and observed.
Junk characters & Symbols text should not allow in the Display text box.
